Key Accountabilities:

  • Understand the flow of code and its interaction with different components.
  • Comprehend project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
  • Establish, maintain, and execute test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms.
  • Develop test scenarios and acceptance tests.
  • Investigate customer problems, test bugs, and manage bug reports effectively.
  • Handle technical communications and gain a deep understanding of our customers’ systems.
  • Collaborate with deployment teams, contribute to product design, and provide insights into the testability of functional elements and product designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest test tools, methodologies, and industry trends, and enhance existing practices and processes.
  • Take charge of ensuring final product quality during production release.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work experience in testing and automation is a plus.
  • Exposure to a Microservices-based development environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems, isolate them, and find root causes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for staying current with the constantly evolving technology industry.
