Role Purpose:

As a Domain Consultant, your role is multifaceted, encompassing responsibilities ranging from client engagement to strategic planning. You will have the chance to handle complex projects and interact proactively with clients. Your contributions will be crucial in developing solutions that align with our clients’ business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Assume the main client contact role, leading engagements with 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners.
  • Strategic Development: Develop, assess, and validate a client’s business strategy, including industry positioning and competitive analysis.
  • Solution Development: Create tailored solutions and services that align with the client’s business strategy.
  • Scope Estimation: Estimate the scope and liability for the delivery of end products/solutions.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to grow revenue in existing and new areas.
  • Project Leadership: Lead engagements and oversee the contributions of others to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Presales Activities: Drive proposal creation and presales activities for engagements, including new accounts.
  • Practice Development: Contribute to the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Team Guidance: Mentor and guide less experienced team members in delivering solutions.
  • IP Development: Lead efforts to create go-to-market solutions, off-the-shelf products, and reusable methodologies based on project experiences.
  • IP Creation: Develop reusable intellectual property (IP) from managed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a DevOps pipeline and put it into action to support the application life cycle, including planning, coding and building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure in accordance with the needs of the used software.
  • Introduce an application to the DevOps tool and customise it to the needs of the clients
  • Create workflows for user access and grant user access in accordance with the stated process
  • Develop and implement the DevOps tool in accordance with the client's customisation requests.
  • Work together with the development team to complete the coding and scripting required to link the code necessary to operate the software release with operating systems and production infrastructure.
  • Utilise tools in a Dev-Ops environment to automate testing and deployment.
